The Supplier – Red Dog Photography

The Client – The organisation ordering the services detailed on the Order Form and who is responsible for the payment of all charges.

The Vendor – The owner of the property being photographed.




All orders are to be submitted using the Order Form


On submission of the Order Form, The Client confirms that they accept these terms and conditions..


The Client will specify which services they require on the Order Form adding any relevant notes in the applicable section that may facilitate the provision of services required in the Order.


The Client will provide the necessary information to contact the vendor (their name and a contact phone number) or indicate that they have the keys and access to the property is to be arranged through the Client.


The supplier will confirm receipt of the Order and provide the Client with a total price for the required services


Any changes to the Order after it has been confirmed will incur an administration charge of £25.00.


The Supplier will contact the vendor to arrange an appointment within 24 hours of confirming the Order.


The Supplier will deliver finished images by file transfer to the Client’s specification within 24 hours of their capture unless alternative arrangements have been made and agreed in writing.




The Supplier will invoice the Client in the first week of each month for all jobs done in the previous month. Full payment is due by the end of the month.


A retrospective discount for multiple jobs per month will be applied as follows:

10-19 jobs per month = 5%

20+ jobs per month = 10%

The discount will be deducted from the invoice total provided the invoice is paid by the due date.


Payment of invoices must be made by bank transfer to the Supplier’s account – details will be supplied on agreement of business.


Outstanding payments will incur an interest charge of 2% compound per day.


Aerial photography where requested will only be carried out if local and environmental conditions permit, e.g. distance from other properties, safe flying area and calm weather. Should it be impossible to capture aerial images on the day of the shoot, the Client will be offered the option of a refund or another appointment at an additional charge of £95.00.


Floorplan – where requested a 2D floorplan of the property will be drawn up using appropriate professional software to show the room layout and sizes for each habitable floor, indicating the position of doors, windows, staircases and permanent fixtures. Rooms will be labelled and colour coded and the finished floorplan will be supplied to the Client ready for publication online and in print.


EPC Survey - The EPC survey will be carried out by an accredited DEA appointed by the Supplier and delivered to the Client within 72 hours of the appointment. Wherever possible the EPC survey will be carried out at the same time as the photography to minimise disruption the keyholder/vendor.


Digital Enhancement – The Supplier will use proprietary software to enhance the finished images delivered to the Client.


Legal – agreement to these Terms and Conditions constitutes a legal agreement between the Supplier and the Client.


Any disputes regarding these Terms and Conditions and/or the agreement between the Supplier and the the Client are subject to English Law.
